PureView Art Foundation


I. General Principles of Membership

PureView establishes its membership framework to cultivate a long-term, stable, and sustainable arts and cultural公益 community, supporting continuous initiatives in children’s art education, cultural exchange, and related public programs.

The membership framework is designed to recognize long-term participation and commitment, rather than to commercialize or hierarchize all forms of support.

All members are supporters of PureView.

However, not all supporters are automatically granted membership status.


II. Membership Categories

PureView recognizes the following three categories of membership:

  1. General Member

  2. Supporting Member

  3. Institutional Partner


III. General Member

Participatory Membership | Core Project Community

Definition

General Members form the core participatory community of PureView projects.

This membership reflects alignment with PureView’s mission and active engagement in the continuity of its programs.

Eligibility

Individuals may be recognized as General Members if they meet any of the following criteria:

  • Registered participants in the current-year PureView program

  • Former project participants or historical supporters (subject to foundation confirmation)

  • Registered volunteers who have completed approved volunteer service


Annual Participation Fee

  • Standard participation fee (2026): USD 1,730

Notes:

  • Volunteer service records are based on official PureView documentation

  • Fee offsets apply only to the current-year program participation

  • Offsets are non-transferable, non-cashable, and cannot be combined

PureView recognizes volunteer service as a meaningful contribution to the community.

This mechanism formally acknowledges the value of sustained time, care, and action.


General Member Rights

  • Official Membership Certificate (Chinese & English)

  • Inclusion in the Member Archive on the official website (anonymous option available)

  • Access to annual project briefings and internal updates

  • Priority registration for future programs

General Members do not hold operational, governance, or financial decision-making rights.


IV. Supporting Member

Honorary Membership | Officially Conferred Status

Supporting Member status is not automatically granted.

It is an honorary designation formally conferred by PureView in recognition of significant, sustained, or strategically important support.

Typical Sources

  • Members of Patron / Guardian / Founder’s Circle

  • Long-term or key contributors confirmed by the Foundation


Conferment Criteria

(One of the following must be met)

A. Annual Support Threshold

Support may include, but is not limited to:

  • Project funding

  • Materials or equipment support

  • Professional services

  • Verified resource contributions

Annual cumulative support value:

≥ RMB 50,000 (or equivalent)

B. Critical Non-Financial Contribution

Examples include:

  • Irreplaceable equipment or infrastructure support

  • Long-term provision of essential resources (venues, logistics, execution support)

  • Contributions that materially impact the successful delivery of projects

Final determination is made through holistic evaluation by the Foundation.


Supporting Member Privileges

  • Official title: Supporting Member of PureView Art Foundation

  • Listing in the annual Supporting Members directory

  • Supporting Member Certificate (Chinese & English)

  • Annual project impact summaries and reports

  • Invitations to project outcome sharings or internal exchange sessions

  • Project participation fee reductions

  • Preferential access to online courses and curated content

  • Priority participation across affiliated platforms

    (PureView / AAEC / AICE)

Supporting Member status does not constitute investment, profit-sharing, or commercial return.


V. Institutional Partner

Collaborative Membership | Long-term Co-Building Partner

Definition

Institutional Partners are organizations, enterprises, foundations, or institutions that engage in long-term or project-based collaboration with PureView.

Forms of Collaboration

  • Annual or project-based support

  • CSR or arts education initiatives

  • Material, apparel, equipment, or professional service support

All collaborations are formalized through project agreements or cooperation frameworks.


Institutional Partner Recognition

  • Official designation: Institutional Partner / Cultural Partner

  • Visibility on the official website, annual reports, and project documentation

  • Attribution in compliant media communications

  • Opportunities for customized employee engagement or co-created公益 programs


VI. Membership Network & Extended Participation

PureView’s membership framework extends into its long-term arts, education, and cultural collaboration network.

Without compromising公益 principles or partner independence, members may, within specific annual projects, receive priority access, participation facilitation, or special arrangements through PureView and its collaborators.

Collaborative network may include (but is not limited to):

  • PureView project ecosystem

  • AAEC|Asia Arts & Education Council

  • AICE|Art Influence Culture Ecosystem

  • Long-term partner museums, galleries, educational institutions, cultural platforms, brands, and enterprises

All collaborative privileges are subject to annual project announcements and do not constitute fixed or permanent entitlements.


VII. Membership Pathway

PureView does not operate automatic membership upgrades.

All advancement is based on long-term engagement, sustained contribution, and project needs.

Pathway:

Public Supporter / Project Contribution

→ General Member (Participation / Volunteer Service)

→ Supporting Member (Conferred upon qualification)

→ Long-term Institutional Partner


VIII. Special Statement

PureView’s membership framework exists to acknowledge authentic contribution and long-term relationship, not to commercialize support or apply transactional incentives.

All membership recognition is granted with respect to project integrity and公益 principles.
